Bendigo has a long history of multi-cultural involvement, at Goodstart Early Learning Flora Hill, we strive to deliver programs that are rich in variety and quality resources including our multi cultural community into our programs to teach our children about our community and its history.

The centre's location is central to town, but still suburban with a true community feel. We pride ourselves on making our centre inviting for every member of the community. We encourage our children to develop an appreciation for the natural world and the environment around them by providing resources that reflect the local Eco-system, and by giving the child time to explore, create, wonder and learn at their own pace.

Our staff turnover is low, resulting in a great mix of familiarity and security, along with the vibrancy and energy that new faces bring to the workplace.
