Goodstart Early Learning Mount Clear has a Kinder Teacher, and a great team of qualified and dedicated staff with qualifications including Certificate III, Diploma and Bachelor Degree.

The staff at our centre are very passionate and creative, ensuring a stimulating, colourful and clean environment. We all work to support each other so that the children are always around a happy, organised team. 

At Goodstart Mount Clear we believe that forming a strong bond with families and children is vital. It is for this reason that we organise and enjoy many centre events in which parents can participate.

We welcome parent input into the programs and centre life of their children.

Incorporating special events into the care environment is a major highlight for the children. We have been lucky enough to be visited by firefighters, police, dental nurses and gym instructors, to name but a few.

We have a qualified chef creating delicious, nutritionally balanced meals for us each day. All meals are prepared from scratch, with a strong focus on meeting children's daily dietary requirements. Meals enjoyed by the children are representative of a variety of cultures and offer them an opportunity to try something new daily.

Hi, my name is Nancy Drever. I am a mother of two and have been working in childcare since 2005. I am very enthusiastic about my role as Centre Director. I began as Centre Director in 2009 after working in a number of roles within Goodstart.

I am passionate about the service we provide to families and strive to ensure we provide a safe, secure and friendly centre with an emphasis on making your family's experience as enjoyable as possible.

I am a very dedicated childcare professional and I believe in constantly challenging myself. Since I began my career in childcare I have completed my Certificate III in Children’s Services, my Diploma in Children’s Services and I am currently studying my Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services. I am committed to ensuring that I am able to provide the children in my care with the best possible learning environment.
