About our centre

Goodstart Early Learning Myaree is a 95 place service catering for children from six weeks to five years of age. Our award winning centre has received a rating of Exceeding by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority in all seven Quality Areas in December 2014 and again in December 2017.

Our highly qualified and nurturing educators aim to provide developmentally appropriate and stimulating learning experiences for the children in our centre. Our programs are based on the Early Years Learning Framework and we focus on involving our families and the community in enhancing children’s learning. Our Kindergarten curriculum aims at getting our children ready for Pre-Primary and life.

Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and a late snack are all provided by our food coordinator who prepares nutritionally balanced meals. They also cater for any individual dietary requirements our children may have.

Our learning environments are creative and engaging, reflecting the unique personalities of our service community. We focus on sustainable practices and encourage everyone to respect both our natural and physical environments. We take pride in our multicultural and inclusive service that we offer.

Sharanjeet Jass

Centre Director

Kaya, my name is Sharanjeet Jass and I am the Centre Director at Goodstart Early Learning Myaree.

I have been working in Early Childhood Education and Care since 2012, in all Centre positions, and I have worked up my way to becoming the Centre Director.
On a personal note, I am happily married and blessed with two children. During my leisure time, I cherish cooking, watching movies with my family, playing with my children and going on outings together.
I firmly believe that children are the future of our world, deserving all the support, care and guidance to foster their learning and development.
Their exploration and discovery of new opportunities and possibilities inspire my passion and enthusiasm for providing them with the best possible start in life.
I am committed to working closely with my team, families and the local community to ensure the highest quality of care and education in our service.
I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to meet and get to know the wonderful children, families and Educators.
Together, let's create a nurturing and enriching environment for our young ones to thrive and flourish.
