Goodstart Easy Start Prairiewood staff divides their experience and profession in five categories.

(1) We have vision. Our Vision is to give every child a happy, stimulating atmosphere that promotes fun and a love for learning. 

(2)  Our children. We encourage children to have fun and build friendships with peers and their carers in a safe, secure and well supervised environment. 
(3)  Our families and community. We encourage our families and community to participate in our program, whether it is a cooking experience, baby bathing, conducting a group time for us.  The Police, Fire Brigades and Health Department are all involved too with Health and Safety modules. 
(4)  Our educational Programs. We recognise the importance of childhood and are committed to developing effective, fun and educational programs. (5)  We the staff. Believe we are professionals who endeavour to providing our children with a safe and nurturing environment. Last but not least, we are good role models who walk the talk and hold our head high as Goodstart employees!
