Being a national organisation, there are opportunities for you to move around Australia or into management or centre support roles. Many of our Area and State Managers started out in our centres.
Goodstart is always looking for enthusiastic, professional people to join our centre teams. Roles on offer include Trainees, Assistants, Room Leaders, Centre Directors, Cooks and administration roles in some centres. We value our staff and we want to do everything we can to support their growth and professional development.
Centre support roles
Supporting around 72,000 families and 14,000 staff takes a dedicated national team. Roles in our centre support offices include positions in finance, accounts, human resources, marketing and communications, quality, information technology and operations.
We also have a large network of field staff supporting our centres. These staff include Area Managers responsible for up to 10 early learning centres, along with State Managers and Quality Support Officers.
With such a variety of positions available, our centre staff can choose to stay in centre-based roles, or branch out into different support positions, depending on where life takes you!
