Allied Health roles

Looking for a place where you can work with children in natural settings? Join a team that values your efforts and where you will have a realistic and achievable workload.

At Goodstart, we have recognised the need to invest in Allied Health services to ensure vulnerable children have the learning, development, and wellbeing outcomes they need for school and life.

Our talented, experienced Allied Health practitioners work in a transdisciplinary team to support the inclusion of children. They provide better support for teachers and educators, so that they can provide the best teaching and learning for children experiencing vulnerability. Our Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Child and Family Practitioners are passionate about continuously building their knowledge and staying up to date with best practices. They’re excited to share their expertise and also learn from the education team to continuously improve and provide the best strategies for children to progress in their learning development and wellbeing.

Our Allied Health practitioners are vital to the success of our centres, helping to improve outcomes for children and mentoring and coaching the centre teams. The best part? They get to see the impact of their work at close range and are rewarded by the strong relationships they form with children, families, centre teams and communities.
