About our centre

Goodstart Early Learning Aspley is located within walking distance of bus stops and a train station for easy access via public transport, and is close to several local shopping facilities.

We provide care for children from six weeks to five years of age, with qualified educators in all rooms. Our centre offers fun and educational learning programs to help children reach their full potential.

We pride ourselves on offering a family-friendly environment, with a great playground for children to explore and play in. Throughout the year our children and families enjoy participating in special events such as parent nights, theme days, theatrical visits, graduation evening and our annual Christmas party.

Michelle Buchanan

Centre Director

Hello! My name is Michelle and I am the Centre Director at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Aspley. I have worked with Goodstart Early Learning and have been in the child care sector since 1993; having gained experience across a variety of centres and in numerous different roles. I have an Advanced Diploma in Children's Services and continue to grow in my knowledge through in house training to keep abreast of new ideas.

I enjoy coming to the centre each day to see the children learning and developing. I am proud of our centre and our team of educators, who work in unison to provide a safe and nurturing environment for all of our children.

I love to see the children reaching their own personal potential and grow and develop while attending our centre. Their love of learning and curiosity inspires me to continue to be creative.

As the mother of a seven year-old who attended Goodstart Aspley before beginning school, I have a keen understanding of the thoughts and emotions of parents who have chosen to place their most precious asset, their child, in our care.
