We provide quality early learning in a safe, suburban setting on the lands of the Yuggera people, right by our sister centre, Goodstart Calamvale.

Our service is conveniently located on Central Street and offers long day care and kindergarten across five vibrant spaces. We have a serene nursery for babies, a dynamic toddler room and play-based kindergarten classrooms where children thrive while learning skills for school and life.

Children need to feel safe and supported to learn and grow, so we promote key educator relationships between our educators and children. Your child will have at least one educator (their key educator) who takes them under their wing and really gets to know them. 
Our Key Educator relationships help children form secure attachments. Educators work closely with smaller groups and individual children to better understand each child. These relationships lead to improved outcomes for children as we foster more communication between families and educators. 
We inform families regularly about their child's progress and welcome family involvement in our centre events and activities.

Centre Director

Hi, my name is Natalie and I am very excited to get to know you and your family while here at Calamvale 2 .

I have worked with children for many years and truly have a passion for supporting their early years journey . I have three children of my own and all three have been a part of the Goodstart Early learning Village .

I became an Early Childhood Educator because from a very young age I always loved babies, so it seemed like a natural progression for me to pursue a career in Early Childhood Education.

I came to Calamvale 2 as a work experience student straight from high school whilst studying my Certificate III in Children's Services and was offered a full-time job at the Centre.

During my 15 years at Calamvale 2 I have worked as an Assistant Educator, Lead Educator, Assistant Director and now Director and worked in every room within the Centre. I also studied my Diploma in Children's Services during this time.

I love working at Calamvale 2 because it's such a fun and enjoyable place to be. We are like a big family and I have made some lifelong friends during my time at the Centre. Getting to know the children and their families is so rewarding and as a parent myself now I can appreciate how important the relationships between families and our staff are.
