In the Assistant Director role, you'll collaborate with the leadership team to inspire and motivate staff, ensuring continuous improvement across all operations while fostering a strong, supportive environment for children and families.
As an Educational Leader, you'll have the unique opportunity to mentor Educators, enhancing their teaching practices and deepening their understanding of child development.
Centre Directors are paid 12% above award and Assistant Directors 7% above award
