About our centre
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Forest Lake - Forest Lake Boulevard is set at the entrance to Forest Lake and is situated in a natural garden environment offering large play areas and leafy green surrounds. The child care centre is a double centre with two separate buildings divided by a large car park. Centre One is on the right side of the driveway and Centre Two is on the left side.
Our dedicated team of educators are all passionate and we have a combined experience of over 100 years in the early childhood sector. We embrace all cultures at Goodstart Forest Lake Boulevard and we have educators at the child care centre from all over the world.

We provide care for children aged six weeks to five years old - in rooms from Nursery to Kindergarten, with a university qualified Early Childhood Teacher. Our play and sensory based curriculum is developed in line with the Early Years' Learning Framework, accounting for the individual needs and interests of each child.
Colourful, stimulating surrounds ensure the children have the chance to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning; and we are focused on ensuring the children are ready to take that all important step up to school.

At Goodstart Forest Lake Boulevard we believe that communication is key to building long and stable relationships with children and their families. Our child care centre engages in many different forms of communication with families, such as emails, printed memos, notice boards and monthly newsletters.
Our Storypark platform also enable us to stay in close contact with parents and families, ensuring open and clear communication. This also means we can tailor each program to the child’s individual needs, interests and strengths – as well as the strong level of cultural diversity in our centre.
Outside, our playground areas are a balance of natural and manmade elements and play surfaces – with seven playgrounds across the two buildings. These have sandpits, garden beds, vege patches, cubbyhouses, natural elements and lots of shade. We have carefully designed and planned spaces to encourage a stronger understanding of the environment and sustainability – while giving children the scope to explore, play and let their imaginations roam.
Our child care centre has created many strong community connections within Forest Lake and the wider area. As a result we openly involve the community in the centre through introducing wildlife, gardening, sustainability and fitness shows on a regular basis.
Art and music experiences - as well as other extra-curricular activities - are provided on a daily basis which allow the children to freely express their creativity.

Hi! My Name is Jacinta Hibberd an I am the Centre Director at Forest Lake Centennial Way
I hold a diploma in Early childcare and have worked in the Early childhood education profession since 2001. I have plenty of experience as an educator in all age groups and have held many different roles. I have two children of my own a believe being a mother and my years of experience in this profession has given me a great understanding of what Quality Care is. I am also driven to support my fellow educators to succeed and reach their full potential as professionals
At Forest lake Centennial Way, we are very passionate about creating a wholesome, fun-loving, Safe and inclusive environment for the children in our care. Our centres vison is to create as space that feels like everyone belongs by using our daily practices and educational programs.
