My journey with Goodstart Calala began in 2003 and has been one of continuous growth, learning, and inspiration. Throughout my career, I have embraced every opportunity to develop my knowledge, skills, and leadership within the early childhood education and care sector. From my beginnings as an Educator to my current role as Centre Director, I have been supported to continually upskill, reflect on my practice, and stay informed by contemporary research and best practice. What inspires me most is that the learning never stops. The ever-evolving nature of early childhood education continually challenges and motivates me to grow alongside our children, families, and educators, ensuring we provide the highest quality outcomes for every child in our care.

Throughout my career, I have been passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and inclusive environments where every child can thrive. In recognition of this commitment, I was awarded Goodstart's NSW/ACT Employee of the Year in 2018 for my dedication to health and safety and my drive to champion positive change across our centres. Today, safeguarding children remains at the core of everything we do. Ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and rights of every child is our highest priority and underpins every decision, interaction, and learning experience within our centre.

I am incredibly proud of the passionate and experienced team at Goodstart Calala. Their unwavering commitment to quality education and care has established our centre as a leading provider within Tamworth and the surrounding community. Our Exceeding National Quality Standard rating reflects the strong and respectful relationships our educators build with children and families, the inspiring environments they create, and the meaningful learning opportunities they provide every day.
