Children need to feel safe and supported to learn and grow, so we promote key educator relationships between our educators and children. Your child will have at least one educator (their key educator) who takes them under their wing and really gets to know them. 
Our Key Educator relationships help children form secure attachments. Educators work closely with smaller groups and individual children to better understand each child. These relationships lead to improved outcomes for children as we foster more communication between families and educators. 
We inform families regularly about their child's progress and welcome family involvement in our centre events and activities.

Our family absolutely love our centre! We have been at our centre for 4 years now with both of our children having had attended and currently attending. Both of our kids have and do love their time at childcare. They learn so much, have a great time everyday and are genuinely cared for and loved by the amazing team of educators. The educators are wonderful people. They put everything in to making sure the children have great new experiences and do genuinely care about them and their family. The centre is a very wholesome and welcoming community.

Goodstart has been a great place for my Son. He has development delays in all areas and they were really helpful in helping me find some allied health professionals who could work with him. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They have great continuity of care with the staff so that each morning the same staff are there to meet and greet. My Son always seems happy to go there and happy at pick up time.

Hello, I'm Stacey, Centre Director at Goodstart Evanston Park. I have been part of the Goodstart Evanston Park community since 2008 and have been fortunate to work in a variety of roles during that time, including Preschool Teacher, Assistant Director, Educational Leader and now Centre Director.
As both an educator and a parent, this centre holds a special place in my heart. All of my children have attended Goodstart Evanston Park, giving me a unique understanding of the trust families place in us to care for and educate their children.
I am passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. I believe that each child is unique and deserves opportunities that foster their strengths, interests, and individual development.
Building strong partnerships with families is at the heart of my philosophy. I believe that by working closely together, we can provide the best possible support for children and create meaningful learning experiences that help them grow with confidence and a sense of belonging.
