Goodstart Early Learning Moree is located in the centre of a small rural farming community. Being part of a farming community enables the children to experience nature first hand and gives us opportunity to foster environmental awareness. This is reflected through our stimulating, nurturing and educational programs. Activities incorporating the natural surroundings give the children a chance to learn about science, maths and the environment through play.
At Goodstart Early Learning Moree Plains we're proud of the cultural diversity within our centre. Our community is the second largest indigenous community in NSW, therefore it is important our children are encouraged to participate in activities relating to cultural diversity, acceptance and gender equality.
Our teachers and carers provide a caring, fun loving, safe and stimulating environment for our children. We also cater for children with additional needs.
Goodstart Early Learning Moree families participate in celebrating special events at the centre such as Grandparent's day, Crazy hat day, Graduation and our Christmas party.
We also celebrate multicultural events such as Chinese New Year, Easter, NAIDOC Week, and St Andrew's Day.
These are important events and they allow the children learn about different cultures and lifestyle.
