Goodstart Early Learning Slacks Creek is located on a large block of land just off Kingston Road. We are situated next to a creek which is surrounded by big beautiful trees. It gives us the illusion of being in the bush, right in the centre of town! The trees provide wonderful shade for our very large playgrounds which are equipped with a fort, sandpit and a variety of equipment to foster all areas of children’s development. Our large playground also has a bike track where the children can ride one of the range of bikes, scooters or cars. We have regular visits from our friendly neighbours....water lizards, who love to sun bake in the trees.
At Goodstart Slacks Creek we enjoy a family atmosphere where we encourage families and the community to participate in centre activities and to provide feedback for continued improvement.
Our educators strive to develop their own skills and knowledge to ensure they provide quality programs and experiences for all children and their varying needs along with supporting families in their parenting roles.
The centre as a whole embraces diversity and explores different cultures and traditions within our community. We participate in a wide range of activities and festivals that broaden our knowledge of the world around us.
