Goodstart Early Learning Brighton North Road is situated in a country beach side community, with the city only 20 minutes away. It has a combination of multicultural young families and long time residents. There is a good variety of public and private schools with families involved in a range of sporting venues, water sports and fishing.

The majority of our centre staff and teachers live locally, and therefore have a strong connection with the community. Our pride in the centre is shown through the hard work and dedication of our staff who love to keep our centre looking its best at all times.

We provide a fun, loving, safe and educational learning experience for each child in our care. We are also fortunate to have a Bachelor of Education teacher who runs our Government Funded Kinder Program in the Preschool Room.

Our families support us by attending Centre Events such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Grandparent's Day, Graduation Ceremony and Christmas Party.
Janine Lyons
Centre Director
My name is Janine Lyons and I am very privileged to be the Centre Director at Goodstart Early Learning Brighton.

I have been very fortunate to work with children over the last 25 years. I was a nanny in rural Queensland, worked for Education Queensland as a Teacher Aide and have spent the last eight years with Goodstart Early Learning Centres.

Goodstart have supported me to gain my qualifications as I progressed from Assistant through to Centre Director. I am currently studying an Advanced Diploma of Children's Services.

My role as Centre Director is to train and support my staff to provide high quality care to the children and families that are a part of our centre. I pride myself on being available to our families so that as a team we can provide the best educational opportunities for each individual child.
