I am a qualified Centre Director, who holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Over the last 13 years, I have gained much insight, experience, and confidence in early childhood and development. That from my upskilling, I feel that I can confidently lead my team to strive for quality and success.
My driving force has always been meeting the children’s individual needs, supporting inclusion, and building strong connections with our families and little people. I, as a Director know that we only have a small snippet of these little people’s lives. But that small snippet that we captured in that small window, I know will be imprinted in their lifetime.
As Director, I have an open-door policy where I invite all families into our safe space. Where your input, ideas and beliefs are heard and valued. I will always strive to provide safe environments, support, and guidance for all families here at Goodstart Toolooa Street Gladstone.
