Hi my name is Hayley and it is an honour to say that I have been working at Goodstart Early Learning Toongabbie for the last eight years and I wouldn't have it any other way.  I was employed in 2002 as the room leader for the Nursery and it wasn't long before I took on the role of the second in charge. In 2005 I was given the role of Centre Director and have been in the role ever since.  I have a Diploma of Community Services (Children's Services) and I have a Senior First Aid certificate.

My philosophy is that I believe all children should be given the highest quality care possible and that all children should be treated equally regardless of their background. All children should be provided with many opportunities to grow and learn in a safe, welcoming and encouraging environment.
