Goodstart Willowdale – Jamboree Avenue is a brand-new early learning centre designed around children’s safety, wellbeing, curiosity and learning. Located on the corner of Jamboree Avenue and Barbula Street, our centre is conveniently positioned behind Coles and just a short walk from Willowdale Shopping Centre, with a swim school directly across the road. Our experienced and diverse team brings more than 120 years of combined experience across early childhood education, child protection, social work, community preschool, behaviour support and key worker services. We create a welcoming environment where children are encouraged to explore their interests, build confidence and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Our educational program is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), with learning experiences shaped by what children are interested in, curious about and ready to explore. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, our educators observe, listen and respond to each child, supporting them to become confident and capable learners.

Our experienced team brings together a wide range of professional knowledge, creating a rich environment where children can be supported across their learning, development and wellbeing. With many educators connected to the local community, we value genuine relationships with families and create a welcoming place where every child and family can feel they belong.

Children's safety is at the heart of our centre design. From clear lines of sight across the learning environments to spacious outdoor areas that support active supervision, every element has been thoughtfully considered to help children feel secure while they explore, play and learn.

Food is another important part of children's day at Goodstart Willowdale – Jamboree Avenue. Our onsite cook prepares fresh meals each day, with menus approved by Munch & Move, helping children enjoy nutritious food as part of their everyday learning and wellbeing.

Conveniently located behind Coles, close to local amenities and with plenty of onsite parking, our centre makes drop-off and pick-up easy for busy families. Whether your child is taking their first steps into early learning or getting ready for school, we are here to support their individual journey.

Welcome to Goodstart Willowdale Jamboree Ave. My name is Reyhan (Rey), and I am so excited to welcome you to our brand-new early learning centre at Denham Crt.

I hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), and as a mother of two teenagers and an educator with over 25 years of experience, I bring both professional knowledge and personal understanding to my role. I became an early childhood teacher because I wanted to be a positive, supportive voice for every child.

I am passionate about creating a safe and caring environment where children feel comfortable to be themselves and build confidence. I value everyday moments that support curiosity, wellbeing and a love of learning. I look forward to welcoming you and your family and sharing this journey together.

With my experience in early education and leadership, I focus on building strong relationships with children, families, and educators. I believe open communication and collaboration are important in supporting children’s development and creating a sense of belonging.

I also support educators through mentoring and professional development to ensure our team provides high-quality care and education. I aim to create an environment where families feel confident their children are safe, happy, and engaged in learning.

My goal is to build a centre culture that values respect, kindness and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, I enjoy exercising, spending time with family and friends, watching the NRL and reading novels to relax.

I can’t wait to meet you and your family and introduce you to our team so your little ones can grow, learn, and share special moments together.

Structured Preschool Program

At Willowdale – Jamboree Ave , you and your child can enjoy the best of both worlds. Our centre offers a preschool program and long day care under the one roof. Our preschool teachers are University qualified and provide a play-based learning program that will support your child in learning the skills for school and life.

With multi-child discounts and government funded Kindergarten/Preschool in some states, out-of-pocket costs could be even less than you think!

The above fees are effective from 6 July 2026 and are based on a 10 hour session, for attendance between 2 and 4 days per week. 5 day bookings receive a generous discount per day. Note that different combinations of sessions times and number of days can increase or decrease the daily rate.

* Estimates are calculated based on CCS rates as of January 2026, for an activity level of 72 activity hours on a 10hr session and a 3 day booking.
