At Goodstart Richmond, our centre is dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment for children from six weeks to school aged.
We offer long daycare and kindergarten programs and our play-based learning programs are designed to promote:

We believe every child holds the right to develop at their own pace physically and cognitively. I believe to achieve this adequately you need to provide a fun happy and loving environment where every single child feels comfortable and supported.
Our Key educator relationships help children form secure attachments. Educators work closely with smaller groups and individual children to better understand each child. These relationships lead to improved outcomes for children as we foster more communication between families and educators.
Goodstart Early Learning Richmond has a natural and homely environment and is in central Richmond.
Inviting, engaging, and age appropriate learning environments ensure the children in our care have a chance to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning; and we are focused on ensuring all children’s interests and needs are met at all times.
Outside, we have age appropriate play spaces and equipment, all geared to enhance the children’s awareness of their surrounds and the greater environment, as well as their understanding of the importance of sustainability. The centre has a working worm farm, and three vegetable plots which help to provide seasonal produce for our centre menu. 
Yes we offer a state approved funded kindergarten program.

Our StoryPark platform, as well as regular family nights, centre events and both emailed and printed newsletters, enable us to stay in close contact with parents and families, ensuring open and clear communication. This also means we can tailor our centres program to each child’s individual needs, interests and strengths – as well as the strong level of cultural diversity in our centre.
