At Goodstart we take pride in all our centres but there are some that go above and beyond on a daily basis and they are to be celebrated.
Adam Angwin and his team at Goodstart Tuggerah are quite unique – one of the first things people notice when they walk into the centre is the dozen male educators who are a vital part of the team. Adam the Centre Director puts part of the success of his centre down to the strong male influence, as he believes all children deserve access to both male and female role models.
In 2019 the team at Tuggerah won two National Goodies awards (Goodstart’s internal awards for excellence) in the categories of Innovation and Employee Experience. Tuggerah has a strong pride in its team – in fact 35 of the team nominated the centre for an award.
