Hi, I’m Karyn Frenken and I’m the Centre Director here at Goodstart Early Learning Narre Warren Pound Road North.

I have been in the Early Childhood industry for over 13 years and as a director for 8 years. I have worked in a range of services, as a Group Leader, Assistant Centre Director and Director with families and children from birth to 6 years.

I I hold a Diploma Early Childhood Education and have been the Centre Director at Goodstart Early Learning Pound Road North since 2021. I am extremely proud to lead the Educators providing quality educational programs and care at Goodstart Early Learning Narre Warren Pound Road North.

I strongly believe in providing quality education and care for children; that their experiences in early childhood help support development and wellbeing. We work in partnership with families supporting children’s and ensuring are strong and confident learners.

I love that our Educators work with the wider community and foster reciprocal relationships.

I am also a Level 1 Qualified Calisthenics Coach. I work with children and adults from 1.5 years to 60 years teaching fitness and dance along with other skills. So, when I’m not in the centre that is where you will find me. I have a large family of my own and I love when we can spend time together.

Our early learning centre offers a Government-funded kindergarten program and long day care under the one roof. Our kindergarten teachers are University qualified and provide a play-based learning program that will support your child in learning the skills for school and life.

The above fees are effective from 7 July 2025 and are based on a 10 hour session, for attendance between 2 and 4 days per week. 5 day bookings receive a generous discount per day. Note that different combinations of sessions times and number of days can increase or decrease the daily rate.
