Goodstart Manunda

Goodstart Early Learning Manunda is a small, centrally located, centre with primary and high schools, Tafe and a shopping centre located nearby. We have 4 indoor learning environments of varying age groups from 15 months up to 6 years and provide a Government approved Kindergarten program (Free 15 hours per week) with a Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teacher. We also have a second ECT in our Pre-Kindergarten room, preparing 3-4 year olds for their Kindergarten learning.

Our centre boasts 2 large outdoor playgrounds that caters for all age groups, with our 3 – 5 year old space having a splash pad for lots of summer water play, and our 15 month – 3 year old space cultivating a worm farm to enhance our gardens.   

Educators at Goodstart Manunda foster an inclusive educational program, holistically supporting the needs of each individual child and embedding all areas of developmental learning in enjoyable and engaging ways. Our educators work in partnership with families using a range of communication methods and our online platform, Storypark, so they are kept up to date on their child's development. 

We are here to support, encourage, nurture, teach and guide children to develop the skills, understanding and knowledge to become lifelong learners. We strive to ensure that our children are content, confident, and curious learners, and that they feel secure with a sense of belonging in our service.

We embrace and teach children about equality and the importance to be treated equally. We advocate for children by incorporating the UN rights of a child where it states that “Every child, everywhere (Article 1): should neither benefit nor suffer because of their race, colour, gender, language, religion, nationality, social or ethnic origin, or because of any political or other opinion; because of their caste, property, or birth status; or because they are disabled.
