About Goodstart Armadale
Goodstart Early Learning Armadale is a not for profit organisation. This means that the funds from the revenue raised goes back to supporting your child through better resources and training educators.
Our centre is licensed for 85 children aged from six weeks to five years. Our variety of rooms separate children into play areas with age appropriate furniture, activities and toys to assist in the development of skills such as social and emotional, physical, fine motor, cognitive and language skills.
Our Educators are dedicated to providing the highest quality care and child interest based programs to all our families. We base our programs upon the national quality Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
We are located not far from the town centre of Armadale on the corner of Seventh and Forrest Road.
We invite you to book a tour of our beautiful centre so you can meet our team and to see for yourself our commitment to your child’s early learning journey.
We provide early learning & care to these groups:

Belinda Lockyer Centre Director
My name is Belinda Lockyer and I have worked in the Early childhood care and education profession since 2004. I have completed my Diploma in Children Services.
I first began working at Goodstart in 2011, working my way from being an assistant educator to senior educator and Assistant Director and becoming a Centre Director in 2014.
Being a mother of 3 young children, I see the benefits of children being involved in a high-quality learning program and how this brings a love of learning and as research shows, a child’s first five years is crucial to their learning, development and wellbeing outcomes for life.
My drive is to provide a high quality early learning environment and program with a dedicated team of early childhood educators in partnerships with families and broader community to ensure all our children leave the centre ready to go for school and life.
