My name is Cindy Harpley. I am the Centre Director here at Goodstart Early Learning Currumbin Waters.

I have a Diploma in Children's services and have been employed with the company since 2005 and in the Early Childhood sector for over 20 years. For the past 4 years I have worked at our Burleigh Waters centre, during which I held a variety of roles from Assistant Director, Educational Leader and Senior Educator. Previous to that, I was a part of the team here at Currumbin Waters for over 10 years.I am deeply attached to the community of Currumbin as this is where I also live with my family.

My passion is to provide high quality education and care for all children to actively promote children's wellbeing, learning and development in a safe and secure environment. I aim to build strong relationship with my team, families and children.

We strive to be the centre of choice in our area and I look forward to meeting you and your family in the future.

At Currumbin Waters, you and your child can enjoy the best of both worlds. Our centre offers a kindergarten program and long day care under the one roof. Our kindergarten teachers are University qualified and provide a play-based learning program that will support your child in learning the skills for school and life.

With multi-child discounts and government funded Kindergarten/Preschool in some states, out-of-pocket costs could be even less than you think!

The above fees are effective from 7 July 2025 and are based on a 10 hour session, for attendance between 2 and 4 days per week. 5 day bookings receive a generous discount per day. Note that different combinations of sessions times and number of days can increase or decrease the daily rate.

* Estimates are calculated based on CCS rates as of January 2026, for an activity level of 72 activity hours on a 10hr session and a 3 day booking.
