We’re Moving to a Brand-New Early Learning Centre in February 2026!*

While we will soon be closing the doors of our lovely Early Learning Centre at Fraser Place, we’re thrilled to share that we’ll be relocating to Canterbury Place*, a stunning new, purpose-built facility designed to support our community and their little learners.

This exciting move marks the next chapter in our commitment to providing the very best early learning environment for children, families, and educators. Our new centre has been thoughtfully designed with modern learning spaces, natural outdoor play areas and everything needed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and growth.

As part of this transition, all currently enrolled families will be invited to move to the new centre once construction is complete and we have received service approval from the Department of Education.

New families are encouraged to register their interest on 1800 222 543 to receive updates about our 2026 opening.

We can’t wait to welcome you and many new families, to our beautiful new home, a place built with care, connection and a shared vision for giving every child the best possible start in life.

A great place with amazing staff! I'm so lucky to have a good start with my daughter. My daughter has been going to Goodstart Forest Hill for three years and I am so grateful to everyone who has helped my daughter love her time there. The staff are wonderful, they always greet her with open arms and a smile. My daughter is learning a lot and I am constantly informed of her progress. I always leave knowing that she is safe and well cared for. I would like to thank Akram, Sargun, Lizzy,Lily, Neha and all the other staff who made sure my daughter had a wonderful time there. I would also like to thank Deepti (center manager) for her excellent management of the center and the care she gives to the staff and children. I'm sorry to be leaving, my daughter is at school now! I will miss you all!

This childcare is a hidden gem! My children have been attending for the last two years and they've absolutely thrived. On first glance it seems older and smaller than other commercial centres but what it lacks in a modern, shiny exterior, it more than makes up for with the most caring, loving and dedicated team of educators. This was the third childcare my daughter attended and her favourite by far. The staff always made her feel so cared for at drop off and she was never left to cry by herself - as had been the case with previous 'fancier' centres. The smaller group sizes means children are much less overwhelmed and build meaningful friendships quickly. This centre is perfect for children that are quiet and shy or need a little extra love. When looking for the perfect centre, brand new facilities and the latest toys are nice, but educators that feels like family will always be a higher priority in my mind.

My name is Deepti Gogna and I am the Centre Director at Goodstart Early Learning Forest Hill - Fraser Place and will be relocating soon to our brand new centre at Canterbury Place*

I am deeply passionate about early childhood education and have been dedicated to this field since 2016. Holding a Graduate Diploma in Children’s Services and a Bachelor’s in Education, I am committed to fostering a positive and enriching environment for young learners.

I firmly believe that a child’s early experiences in education lay the foundation for their lifelong attitude towards learning. My greatest joy comes from spending time with both the children and the educators, and I am committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive space where each child can thrive.

It is a privilege to contribute to the lives of the wonderful children we care for and educate each day. Our role in establishing strong foundations is essential for their growth and development.

I work closely with a team of dedicated, professional, and highly qualified educators who share my passion for helping children reach their full potential. Together, we provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the delivery of daily practices and curriculum within the approved learning framework, achieving the best possible learning outcomes.

At Forest Hill - Fraser Place, you and your child can enjoy the best of both worlds. Our early learning centre offers a Government-funded kindergarten program and long day care under the one roof. Our kindergarten teachers are University qualified and provide a play-based learning program that will support your child in learning the skills for school and life.

The above fees are effective from 7 July 2025 and are based on a 10 hour session, for attendance between 2 and 4 days per week. 5 day bookings receive a generous discount per day. Note that different combinations of sessions times and number of days can increase or decrease the daily rate.
