Hi there! I'm Nicole and I am the Centre Director here at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Gladstone - Beak Street.

I have worked in the child care and early learning industry since 2000, which is when I joined the Goodstart team. Throughout my career I have held a number of roles and worked with all age groups and became Centre Director in 2004. I have an Advanced Diploma of Children’s Services.

I believe all children deserve a loving, positive, supportive and encouraging environment to allow them to grow and learn. Here at Goodstart Gladstone Beak Street, I lead a passionate and dedicated team of educators who provide an optimal learning environment for all children.

For me it is all about creating a place where children feel safe and equal and have equal opportunity - whatever their background or circumstances.

It's a passion I share with the team I am fortunate to work with. With years of experience and excellent qualifications, this is a team of dedicated and committed professionals.

I look forward to working with you all and exploring how we can navigate through the early learning adventure.

Structured Kindergarten Program

At Gladstone - Beak Street, you and your child can enjoy the best of both worlds. Our centre offers a kindergarten program and long day care under the one roof. Our kindergarten teachers are University qualified and provide a play-based learning program that will support your child in learning the skills for school and life.

With multi-child discounts and government funded Kindergarten/Preschool in some states, out-of-pocket costs could be even less than you think!

The above fees are effective from 7 July 2025 and are based on a 10 hour session, for attendance between 2 and 4 days per week. 5 day bookings receive a generous discount per day. Note that different combinations of sessions times and number of days can increase or decrease the daily rate.

* Estimates are calculated based on CCS rates as of January 2026, for an activity level of 72 activity hours on a 10hr session and a 3 day booking.
