About Goodstart Marleston
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Marleston is located close to public transport and also offers ample parking at the front of our centre, allowing for easy drop-offs and pick-ups.
Our child care centre has been operational for more than eight years and provides care for children from six weeks to school age.
Our team consists of educators who have been with the centre since we opened, and new educators who have joined our team and bring with them years of experience working with children. One of our educators is currently studying towards her Bachelors degree, and all our other educators are Diploma or Certificate III qualified.
Our play based, stimulating curriculum is based on the Early Years’ Learning Framework and our rooms – from Nursery to Kindergarten / Preschool – are all geared with this in mind. We also develop colourful, engaging programs accounting for each child’s individual interests, needs and strengths; and with each step we are ensuring the children are ready to take the big step into schooling.
This is made simpler through our intuitive Storypark platform, which enables us to maintain consistent and clear communications with families. That means we are better placed to support a child in their learning journey, ensure parents have peace of mind, and time stamp the children’s developments, milestones and achievements.
Outside, we have age appropriate play spaces and equipment, all geared to enhance the children’s awareness of their surrounds and the greater environment. We have carefully designed and planned spaces to encourage a stronger understanding of sustainability – while giving children the scope to explore, play and let their imaginations roam.
Community is also important to us and through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we are able to enrich the learning experience. Art and music experiences are provided on a daily basis which allow the children to freely express their creativity.
Parent participation is a crucial part of our centre’s success. We have an open door policy at the centre and invite parents to visit at any time throughout the day. We value and encourage all feedback and suggestions.
There is nothing more important to a parent and a family than the peace of mind that your child is in good hands. Come in and see how we can support you and your child on this all-important early years’ journey.
