About Goodstart Salisbury North
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Salisbury North is located right in the heart of one of the region’s fastest-growing suburban areas. Still out of the way of all the hustle and bustle, our centre is still convenient enough to take the stress out of the daily drop-off and pick-up.
Opened in November 2005, our centre has been a big part of the community and those connections help us develop a curriculum is alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework. With a careful balance between play-based learning and routine, and a strong focus on the development of children’s social and emotional skills, we are giving your child a foundation for future learning.
Our rooms cater for children in groups from Nursery through to Kindergarten and Preschool and we align our learning program with the Universal Access Kindergarten Program. We offer all meals and nappies and also provide vacation care.
Outside, we have two separate playgrounds; one for the under three age group and then another for children aged three and older. Children can learn and play in a natural looking environment where we have sensory gardens and lots of plants to water and watch grow.
Our staff are all highly qualified and have vast experience, providing support to families and children, and working together as a team to facilitate those all-important first years of learning.
Please come on in and meet our team, and see how we can work with you to provide your child with the highest-quality start as a lifelong learner.

Nicole Van Nistelrooy Centre Director
Hi there! I’m Nicole and I’m the Centre Director at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Salisbury North.
I have been in the early learning sector, working as a qualified teacher, for more than nine years. Four years ago I moved to Australia from New Zealand and I have worked across all early learning age groups, as well as having taught in the Kindy Room and been the centre education leader. I have also worked in a Regional Director role.
I have a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) and I am fortunate to have the opportunity to lead a team of highly qualified and vastly experienced carers and educators here at Salisbury North. At the heart of my teaching philosophy is the need to help children develop strong social and emotional skills, as well as resilience, so they have a solid foundation from which they will grow to become lifelong learners and active individuals who can make a meaningful contribution to their community.
We would welcome the opportunity to meet you and your child and to discuss how we can work with you to give your child the highest quality in early learning.
