Goodstart Annandale - Brazier Drive

Goodstart Early Learning Annandale - Brazier Drive is located in a safe and quiet residential area close to local schools as well as shops, the Lavarack Barracks, University and community facilities.

We have a very spacious centre with five large rooms, each with its own playground and beautiful shaded areas and gardens throughout the centre. Our children love the open spaces and like to invent and explore while they are with us.

Many of our educators have worked at our centre for over 5 years and our Centre Director has worked with Goodstart since 2014. As well as experience and being dedicated to providing best outcomes for children, our educators are well-qualified with all our educators holding or studying towards their Diploma or degree.

Inside, all of the rooms - from Nursery to Kindergarten are all set up in line with an Early Years Learning Framework, with sensory and play based learning opportunities. Our calm and spacious surrounds provide the children with the autonomy to explore and ensure the children have the chance to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning.

Our Storypark platform, as well as regular family nights and emailed newsletters, enable us to stay in close contact with parents and families, ensuring open and clear communication. This also means we can tailor each program to the child’s individual needs, interests and strengths – as well as the strong level of cultural diversity in our centre.

Outside, we have four well shaded areas all with age-appropriate play spaces and equipment. There is so much for the children to explore, with bike paths, vege patches, sandpits, vertical gardens, worm farms, artificial river and natural and manmade playing surfaces.

We have many special events planned throughout the year and our families enjoy coming together to help celebrate. We believe in strong reciprocal relationships with our children and with our families and love to maintain open communication ranging from daily interactions about their child’s day to newsletters, information nights, parent meetings and open days.
