Delivered by Bachelor qualified teachers, Goodstart’s Kindergarten program ensures your child is school-ready. All children will develop foundation literacy and numeracy skills to support their social skills and emotional wellbeing. The structured curriculum includes languages, mathematics, science and technology. Children and their teachers will have the opportunity to explore their local community to ensure they learn from real life and hands on experiences. Visits to the Brisbane City Library, Queen Street Mall events, City Hall, Museums and farmers markets will be on offer.

Ni hao! I’m Eva, the Centre Director at Goodstart Brisbane - Adelaide Street.

Originally from Shanghai, I moved to Brisbane in 2011 to study and have since completed a Bachelor of Primary Education at UQ and a Master of Teaching (Early Years/Primary) at Monash University. I’ve had the privilege of working across primary schools, kindergartens and early learning centres, and spent several years as a Kindy Teacher before stepping into leadership.

I believe every child is unique and capable. I’m passionate about creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where children feel safe, valued and excited to learn. I also value strong partnerships with families – through collaboration, we can support each child’s development, nurture their curiosity, and build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

I’m proud of being a Goodstarter and the meaningful work we do to support children and families in our community.

The above fees are effective from 7 July 2025 and are based on a 10 hour session, for attendance between 2 and 4 days per week. 5 day bookings receive a generous discount per day. Note that different combinations of sessions times and number of days can increase or decrease the daily rate.

* Estimates are calculated based on CCS rates as of January 2026, for an activity level of 72 activity hours on a 10hr session and a 3 day booking.
