Welcome to Goodstart Calliope, where children are supported to grow, explore and thrive in a warm, inclusive environment on Bailai, Gurang, Gooreng Gooreng and Taribelang Bunda Country. Conveniently located near Calliope IGA, Calliope Library and local primary and high schools, our centre provides high-quality early learning and kindergarten programs designed around each child’s unique strengths, interests and potential. Guided by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and Circle of Security approach, we create meaningful learning experiences that nurture confidence, curiosity and a strong sense of belonging. At Goodstart Calliope, we believe children learn best when they feel connected, supported and empowered to be themselves. Our kindergarten program supports children to build the confidence, independence and social skills they need for a successful transition to school. Children also enjoy community connections, including visits from the local library where stories and literacy experiences enrich learning for our pre-kindy and kindergarten children.
