I hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and have extensive experience working across all age groups and in a variety of support and leadership roles. This experience has strengthened my understanding of child development and the delivery of high-quality education and care in line with the National Quality Standard (NQS).
As Centre Director at Goodstart, I am committed to providing a service that meets and exceeds the expectations of the NQS. I feel very privileged to lead and support a team of passionate educators and teachers. Through strong leadership, mentoring, and reflective practice, I encourage continuous professional growth and accountability. I believe empowered educators are essential to delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes for children and families.
I strongly believe that relationships are central to children’s learning and development, and the connections formed in the early years lay the foundation for lifelong learning. Through responsive, respectful interactions and intentional teaching, we support children’s learning in line with Quality Area 1 and foster a sense of belonging and inclusion.
