Children need to feel safe and supported to learn and grow, so we promote key educator relationships between our educators and children. Your child will have at least one educator (their key educator) who takes them under their wing and really gets to know them.
Our Key Educator relationships help children form secure attachments. Educators work closely with smaller groups and individual children to better understand each child. These relationships lead to improved outcomes for children as we foster more communication between families and educators.
We inform families regularly about their child's progress and welcome family involvement in our centre events and activities.

Angela Uhle
I have been engaged in Early Childhood Education for nearly 19 years. Originally from Germany, I migrated to Australia in 2002 with my wonderful husband and our two beautiful sons. After primarily residing in Canberra, we moved to a small country village in 2014.
My journey in Early Childhood Education began in 2006 at a privately owned Centre, which Goodstart later acquired. I have held various roles throughout my career, including positions at several Goodstart Centres across Canberra, where I served as either an assistant director or acting director. During my journey I acquired my Diploma in Children's Services and am pursuing my Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Teaching with UNE online.
I am deeply passionate about building strong relationships with children and their families. Early education is more than just a profession for me; it is a profound commitment. I understand the significance of the first five years of a child's life and the necessity of creating an environment where children feel safe and supported. Equally important is the trust that families place in us educators. As educators, we have the privilege of teaching, nurturing, and witnessing remarkable daily milestones. Celebrating these moments with children and their families is truly special. Ultimately, nothing is more vital than ensuring the health and happiness of a child.
