For Bev Anderson, working in early learning has always been about the children.
About our centre
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Lennox Head is a 46-place centre high atop the hill overlooking beautiful Lennox Head in Northern NSW. We are open for 52 weeks a year and cater for children aged from two years old, with our rooms configured into Toddlers (2-3 year olds) and Preschool (3-5 year olds).
Our centre offers a unique family-focused service that is reflective of the close knit community of Lennox Head. We are proud of our special place within the area and love welcoming new and returning families year after year.
Our Play based, stimulating learning curriculum is based around the Early Years Learning Framework, which is then implemented by our experienced and nurturing educators in the way of our daily planned and spontaneous activities. We value children’s voices as a part of our every day curriculum and encourage their input daily. Our curriculum has a strong connection with nature, play and celebrates culture and provides rich and meaningful experiences. We value children as being capable participants in our community.
Outside you will find our playground area is rich in space, gardens, natural materials and resources to excite and inspire play, friendships, learning and connection. Mudpits, sandpits, vegie gardens, animals, waterplay, slippery slide and large open spaces are a very small example of what your children will explore and enhance their imaginative play while being active.

Brooke Blythe
Centre Director
My Name is Brooke Blythe, I am the Centre Director of Goodstart Lennox Head.
I hold a Diploma in Children Services and have been a devoted Educator at the service for close to 14 years.
During this time, I have had the opportunity to work in multiple roles within the centre, starting as a casual employee and working my way up to Centre Director.
I am a Mum of three myself and have a passion for Early Childhood Education and its importance in the support and growth of our children.
I look forward to meeting you and introducing you into our service.
