Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Burpengary - Rowley Road is located in a semi-rural area of Burpengary, just 10 minutes from the Bruce Highway and 5 minutes from Burpengary train station.

We have a great reputation in the local community and once families attend the centre, they return again with their other children and refer family and friends to the centre. We are only two minutes from Burpengary Meadows State School. We have a transition program with the school which includes regular school visits to help our kindergarten children move smoothly to ‘big school’.

Our pride in the centre is shown through the hard work and dedication of our team who love to keep it looking its best at all times. The majority of our educators live locally and therefore have a strong connection with the community. Our team are well qualified including an Early Childhood Teacher, with most of our permanent staff having their Diploma. Each of our educators are extremely caring and committed to delivering a fun and educational program that incorporates the need of each child in their care. Our curriculum is based on the Early Years' Learning Framework.

We pride ourselves on keeping our communication channels open with families through a weekly email, newsletters, parents’ nights, daily discussions and bright displays of our daily activities. Our Storypark platform allows us to stay in close contact with parents and families, ensuring open and clear communication. This also means we can tailor each program to the child’s individual needs, interests and strengths – as well as the strong level of cultural diversity in our centre.

Outside, we have a balance of natural and manmade elements. We also have a worm farm and compost bins, this provides many opportunities to teach the children about recycling and we encourage them to contribute their left overs to the daily compost. Another advantage of our centre is that we offer all meals and nappies for younger children, making the job of preparing each morning much easier for families

When families first come to our child care centre, they often comment on how big our play area is. We’re very fortunate to have this space, along with lots of trees and gardens throughout the play area. In fact, once the children get outside into the yard, they don’t want to go home!

Hi, I’m Dannielle Pollard here at Goodstart Burpengary Rowley Rd.

I have been the Centre Director at Goodstart Burpengary Rowley Rd since January 2024.
I hold a Diploma of Early Education and care. I have been in the Early Childhood sector for over 20. In that time, I have held a myriad of roles, Educator, Senior Educator, Educational Leader. This experience has shaped and modelled my pedagogical lens. I take great joy and satisfaction in overseeing the educational programs at Goodstart Burpengary Rowley Rd.

My Early Learning values:
The forefront of my values are children, they need to be the centre of everything we do. I strongly believe that a child’s first experience with Early Learning needs to be positive, collaborative and respectful as this sets the premiss for life-long learning. Inclusion is a pivotal part of my values; all children have the right to quality and safe Early Learning and us as educators are here to champion and support them along the way.

A little more about me:
When I’m not in the centre, you’ll find me at the beach with my dog and children. I have a daughter that plays local AFL. During the football season I’m on the football fields and volunteering for our club.

The above fees are effective from 7 July 2025 and are based on a 10 hour session, for attendance between 2 and 4 days per week. 5 day bookings receive a generous discount per day. Note that different combinations of sessions times and number of days can increase or decrease the daily rate.
