High quality early learning: Spotlighting the 2025 Goodstart Centre of the Year
Skilled educators and teachers shaping futures every day.
Located on Kaurna Country, Goodstart Ingle Farm is a place where children feel a true sense of belonging from their very first day. Our long-standing team creates a warm, inclusive environment where children are encouraged to wonder, question and approach new challenges with confidence. Through play-based learning and strong relationships, children build the skills they need for life. Book a tour to see how your child can learn, grow and belong with us.
What makes our centre special:
Each day, children are encouraged to explore their interests through hands-on, play-based learning guided by the Early Years Learning Framework. Our environments are thoughtfully designed to reflect children’s ideas, support curiosity and provide opportunities for shared learning experiences.
We are a supportive and inclusive centre who welcome all families within our community and believe we provide a sense of belonging for everyone. Our educators celebrate cultural diversity and use their knowledge and language skills to help children and families feel safe, respected and connected.
Our outdoor environments invite children to develop a love of nature, with opportunities for movement, discovery and collaborative play. Through our two-year preschool program, children build confidence, independence and the skills they need for a smooth transition to school.
Families often tell us it is our people, our community and our engaging learning environments that make our centre feel like a second home. Take a tour today to meet our team and explore our spaces or book a visit to see how we can support your child’s early learning journey every step of the way.
Goodstart Ingle Farm is exceptional! I have two of my children there currently. I have used the nursery, toddler room and prekindy. The educators treat my children with respect, understanding and kindness. I know the cook does an amazing job on the food that is prepared as my children are full when they come home and talk about the food they have eaten. They have learned so much through Goodstart and have also made their own social groups independently. I love how the educators celebrate different cultures and traditions from different countries and teach the children in a fun and exciting way. When I drop my children off in the morning, I can go to work knowing they are safe and will be well looked after. I have recommended Goodstart Ingle Farm to my friends and family and will continue to do so. A massive thank you to all the Goodstart team.
Best childcare centre, all the ladies that work there are absolutely amazing with my son. His in the toddler room. He has bad separation anxiety, and they go above and beyond to make him feel safe and happy when leaving him. He has approved interacting with others and playing nicely, sharing and talking soo much more. Thank you all for making the process easy with keeping me updated on how he is doing through out the day and week. Definitely 5 star childcare
I'd felt uncomfortable visiting other centres but the moment I stepped into Goodstart Ingle Farm I immediately felt the warmth, inclusion, and genuine care the educators afford the children. My son has been enrolled since 7 months old and his capacity for learning has expanded immensly with his educators. Most first time parents can resonate with that anxious feeling of leaving their babies with someone else but the educators treat the kids like family and its obvious each one has a passion for childhood wellbeing and development. The centre will cater to each childs needs and learning trajectory. Staff are always available to answer any questions or discuss concerns. I know my child is safe and happy at Goodstart Ingle Farm.

With a Diploma in Children’s Services and many years of experience in the early childhood sector, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles in Darwin and Adelaide including Assistant Director, Educational Leader, and Senior Educator. These experiences have shaped my leadership style and deepened my passion for early learning. I’m excited and honoured to lead the team here at Ingle Farm, and I am dedicated to giving every child the best possible start in life.
As a mum of two beautiful girls; one in primary school and the other attending our centre. I understand through my own experience how important it is to feel confident in the care and education your child receives.
I believe every child is a capable and unique individual, full of potential. As an educator and leader, I am committed to nurturing each child’s strengths, interests, and abilities, and using these as the foundation for their learning and development.
I also recognise that families are children’s first and most important teachers. Building strong, respectful partnerships with families is essential, and I encourage open communication so we can work together to support your child’s growth and learning journey.
Creating a safe, warm, and welcoming environment is a top priority for me. When children feel secure and supported, they’re confident to explore, learn, and thrive.
