Child safety is at the centre of everything we do, every day at Goodstart.
As a not for profit, we exist solely to help children thrive and we invest tens of millions of dolla...
At our centre, we believe that language is more than just words—it’s connection, culture, and belonging. That’s why we’re proud to offer a daily Language Hour as part of our program.
Every day, children have the opportunity to explore a world of languages through songs, stories, games, and conversations led by our culturally diverse team of educators. Drawing from their own heritage and knowledge, our passionate team shares languages such as Tamil, Mandarin, Hindi, Japanese, Spanish, and Punjabi—creating rich, authentic learning experiences that spark curiosity and appreciation for the wider world.
Our Language Hour fosters inclusivity, supports early literacy, and strengthens cultural understanding in a fun and meaningful way. Whether it’s learning to count in Mandarin, singing a traditional Tamil lullaby, or exploring Punjabi greetings during play, our children are building confidence, empathy, and global awareness from the very beginning.
It’s just one of the many ways we celebrate the unique backgrounds of our team and community—one language at a time!
