The centre, which is about 40km from Melbourne, also features a timber boat, a bridge and decking around the sandpit.
New soft fall grass has been laid throughout the play areas, and the centre has been repainted throughout. Bubblers have been added to prepare the kindergarten children for school next year.
Goodstart Narre Warren North educator Ursula Wood said the children were loving their new environment.
“We are quite an old centre and our interior and exterior areas were starting to look dated and untidy. Inside our new centre, the atmosphere is quite relaxing because the new colour scheme is much more relaxing.
“Outside we now have an environment that is made for children and is natural and blends with the interior,” Ms Cavill said.
“I love watching the children move from different environments, eagerly and confidently, looking engaged and happy.”
