Healthy peanut butter fudge


Who doesn’t love fudge! Here’s a yummy healthier version that the whole family will love!

  • 1 jar smooth reduced salt peanut butter
  • ½ cup rice malt syrup (or pure maple syrup)
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • Dash of vanilla
  • On low heat add coconut oil and rice malt syrup and stir until melted
  • Add coconut cream, peanut butter and vanilla and stir until peanut butter is completely melted
  • Pour into a lined baking tray and put into freezer until set (approx. 2 hours)
  • Cut into bit-sized pieces and store in the fridge
