- 1 jar smooth reduced salt peanut butter
- ½ cup rice malt syrup (or pure maple syrup)
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- Dash of vanilla
- On low heat add coconut oil and rice malt syrup and stir until melted
- Add coconut cream, peanut butter and vanilla and stir until peanut butter is completely melted
- Pour into a lined baking tray and put into freezer until set (approx. 2 hours)
- Cut into bit-sized pieces and store in the fridge
