Serves 4
Ingredients:
1kg of chicken breast, chopped into pieces
4 cups of corn flakes, crushed
½ tbsp chicken stock powder
½ tbsp paprika
1 tbsp thyme
Method:
Preheat oven to 200C.
Mix dry ingredients together and roll the chicken in batches through the mix, pressing the cornflake mix onto the chicken.
Lay onto baking tray and put in oven until chicken is cooked - about 20 minutes.
