Shake n bake quiche

This is an easy, quick and nutritious quiche recipe for the whole family. Guaranteed your children will love helping with the ‘shake’ part of the recipe!

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 g cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup self-raising flour
  • 125 g sliced ham chopped
  • 1 onion diced partially cooked
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup zucchini grated
  • 1/2 cup corn cob kernels *to taste
METHOD
  1. Brown onion in frying pain
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat until mixed
  3. Mix ingredients together in large ziplock bag or container with lid
  4. Shake until ingredients are mixed together
  5. Pour into a greased quiche or pie dish
  6.  Bake at 180C for approximately 40 minutes
