Our Enterprise Agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission and covers our centre employees, so you can be confident our pay and conditions are locked in.

- Educators and Cooks receive at least 5% above the award rate
- Teachers are paid on par with state primary schools and Graduate Teachers receive an $80,000 starting salary
- Assistant Directors receive at least 7% above the award rate
- Centre Directors receive 12% above the award rate
- Tax benefits through salary packaging: We partner with AccessPay – a great way to pay for expenses with money from your salary before tax is taken out.
- Comprehensive leave entitlements: In addition to annual leave, Goodstart offers a broad range of paid leave entitlements including:
- Personal / carer’s leave
- 4 weeks Paid parental leave (increasing to 6 weeks in December 2023)
