Along with recognising you every day, we hold celebrations for Early Educator’s Day, when you achieve qualification milestones and Years of Service. Some of our Goodstarters have been proud members of the team for over 30 years!
At Goodstart, our Goodstarters make the difference. In addition to the above we often run local and national celebrations on momentous occasions, such as on Child Protection Week, Safe Work Month, National Educator’s Day, and much more. We aim to never miss an opportunity to recognise our amazing people.
Goodstart actively participates in the ECA National Conference and HESTA ECEC Awards, where our educators and centres are recognised for their leadership and excellence in early childhood education and care.
