About our centre

Located on the corner of Park and Cavendish Road, Goodstart Early Learning Park Street provide quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Using the Early Years Learning Framework to guide our education program and scaffold children’s learning, our educators are passionate and committed to providing nurturing and simulating early learning environments. With a strong commitment and focus to create a warm and welcoming community focused centre we look forward to building and maintaining meaningful and true relationships with all our families and children.

Kellie Figgins

Centre Director

My name is Kellie Figgins and I am the centre director here at Goodstart Coorparoo Park Street.

I have worked in Early Childhood for 18 years, 8 of those as a Centre Director. I work full time and am always available via telephone, email or in person to answer any of your questions, discuss your concerns or just have a friendly chat.

I hold my Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services as well as my First Aid and CPR certificates.

I am a very firm believer in families being the first educators of their children so am passionate about strong relationships being formed between families and the centre.

I live locally with my family, my partner and I have four children between us between the ages of five and eleven.

I look forward to being alongside you and your child through the journey of early childhood.
