Goodstart Early Learning Murarrie is located in the busy Metroplex hub at 20 Metroplex Avenue Murarrie. There is ample parent parking at the service for convenient drop-off and pick-up, and a handy bus service close to the centre.

Goodstart Murarrie has been providing quality early childhood education to the local community and business district for over 11 years. There are a range of local schools close to the vicinity, both public and private.

We currently operate 2 centres, Unit 1 and Unit 2, offering care from 6 weeks up to school age. Partnerships with our families are paramount. We acknowledge the uniqueness and diversity of all children encompassing individual learning styles, backgrounds and cultures. We provide children with opportunities to participate in open ended ways.

We have a large team of dedicated Educators, whom bring a wealth of knowledge and our Kindergarten program is run by an approved ACECQA qualified teacher.

Communication is highly regarded at the centre and families receive a bi-monthly newsletter, which talks about important events happening in the service and the local community. We also have a calendar of events for the year.

Children's learning and needs are ever-changing and we offer families opportunities to discuss this development with their child's teachers on a regular basis. Progress of learning is documented and available for families to view at any time through their child's Learning Profiles.

The children and families love the extra-curricular activities that are available throughout the year as well as the yearly calendar of events that has lots of fun interactive experiences on offer, including community shows and wildlife experiences.

We ensure that hungry tummies are being filled with yummy meals and we currently offer meals prepared by Kids Gourmet Food . Our playgrounds back onto the beautiful scenic backdrop of the native bushland, which attracts a variety of birds and wild life and our children enjoy taking pictures of and drawing the native flora and fauna.

Hi there! I'm Kelly and I am your Centre Director at Goodstart Early Learning Murarrie.

I have proudly worked in the early learning sector since 2000, beginning my journey as a trainee and progressing through roles as an assistant manager before becoming a Centre Director in 2010. Over the years I’ve gained hands‑on experience across all age groups from birth to six, and my Bachelor of Teaching has equipped me with a deep understanding of early childhood pedagogy and high‑quality educational practice.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams through quality improvement journeys to meet—and exceed—the National Quality Standards. I believe strongly that the strength of a centre lies in the strength of its team. I am genuinely excited to support and empower the dedicated educators at Murarrie as we continue striving to provide the very best outcomes for children and families.

I recognise that families are a child’s first and most important teachers. Because of this, my door is always open. I value genuine partnerships with families and will always make time to listen, collaborate, and support you. The relationships I build with children, families, educators, and teachers are what make my work so meaningful—every day, I learn just as much from you as you do from me.

On a personal note, I’m a mum of three and relocated from Victoria to Queensland in 2023. Outside of work, you’ll often find me exploring local op shops, enjoying art, or immersed in a good book.

With multi-child discounts and government funded Kindergarten/Preschool in some states, out-of-pocket costs could be even less than you think!

The above fees are effective from 7 July 2025 and are based on a 10 hour session, for attendance between 2 and 4 days per week. 5 day bookings receive a generous discount per day. Note that different combinations of sessions times and number of days can increase or decrease the daily rate.

* Estimates are calculated based on CCS rates as of January 2026, for an activity level of 72 activity hours on a 10hr session and a 3 day booking.
