About our centre

Goodstart Morningside - Junction Road (entrance via Algoori Street) is a double centre which caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years. Our three well equipped playgrounds include many and varied experiences for the children. We offer flexible session times to assist families with utilising their CCS efficiently.

Our experienced and qualified staff are professional and committed to providing the highest quality child care in a "home away from home" environment that is warm, loving and nurturing. Our programs focus on learning through play and incorporate the Early Years Learning Framework.

Age appropriate programs respond to children's individual needs and interests. Children are allowed and encouraged to freely express their emotions and feelings and these are acknowledged and guided in an appropriate manner by our highly qualified and motivated staff.

We recognise the importance of family at Goodstart Morningside. Parents are always welcome to participate in all aspects of our program and scheduled events. We also offer sibling play throughout the day to maintain and enhance familial bonds.

Welcome to Goodstart Morningside, Junction Road. My name is Indi and I am the Centre Director of this beautiful service.

I have been a part of the education sector for 5 years working in both early childhood and school aged education. I have a passion for working with children and their families to ensure their first 5 years, as well as their transition to school is positively momentous.

My love for education began when I worked as a dance teacher when I was 18 years old and has grown exponentially thereafter. I have since studied my Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Diploma in School Aged Education and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Whilst I have a growing passion for education, I also have a great love for leading and mentoring teams- so I feel as though the Centre Director role is my calling. It is amazing guiding a team to create ever-evolving practices for the benefit of our wider community.
