About Goodstart Ocean Keys
Goodstart Early Learning Ocean Keys is located in Clarkson in a convenient part of our community, close to local schools and shops as well as transport and facilities.
We work to ensure your child will enjoy making new friends, learning new skills and gaining knowledge that will help them as they grow and develop within the world around them.
Every child and their family is important to us. We offer a safe and supportive environment where all children are valued and encouraged to develop to their full potential. Our experienced educators support all children and are respectful of individual children and families’ needs, beliefs and backgrounds. We invite our families to participate in special days and centre programs welcoming their input and participation.
Our play based, stimulating curriculum is based on the Early Years’ Learning Framework and our rooms are all set up with this in mind. We also develop colourful, engaging programs accounting for each child’s individual interests, needs and strengths; and with each step we are ensuring the children are ready to take the big step into schooling.
Our intuitive Storypark platform enables us to maintain consistent and clear communications with families. That means we are better placed to support a child in their learning journey, ensure parents have peace of mind, and time stamp the children’s developments, milestones and achievements.
Outside, our playground areas are a balance of natural and manmade elements and play surfaces. We have carefully designed and planned spaces to encourage a stronger understanding of the environment and sustainability – while giving children the scope to explore, play and let their imaginations roam.
Our aim at the end of each day is that every child feels like they belong, has had fun, learnt something new and wants to come back.

Christine Centre Director
Hello, my name is Christine and I am the Centre Director (CD) at Goodstart Ocean Keys.
I’m an early childhood professional who believes that the best way to help our future is to nurture and educate our youth.
I have a broad range of experience in the early childhood industry, having built my skills and knowledge in a variety of educator and other centre roles before working in CD positions in Perth and ACT. I also spent time as a therapy assistant for the Autism Association of WA, which ignited my passion for working with families and children to create an inclusive world. I am now motivated to help drive that change.
I pride myself in creating environments that embrace the unique personality and skill set of the children, educators and families at my centre. I’m excited to work be part of a not-for-profit organisation who gives back to the community it’s a part of.
