I have been working in early education for just over 14 years, gaining experience across a wide range of age groups. I have worked as an assistant, a room leader, and developed my expertise as an Early Childhood Teacher in the Kinder room. Since 2021, I have also served as an Educational Leader, supporting my team to deliver high-quality programs where every child has the opportunity to thrive.

As Centre Director at Goodstart Pascoe Vale Cumberland Road East, my philosophy is rooted in a genuine commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where children can flourish. I believe the foundation of effective early childhood education is built on the following principles:

As Centre Director, I am dedicated to leading by example, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere where everyone contributes to our vision of high-quality early childhood education. Together, we can support every child on their journey toward lifelong learning and success.

I am also incredibly excited to transition with all our families to our brand-new Goodstart Pascoe Vale centre in February 2026 (subject to service approval). This beautiful new space has been designed with children’s curiosity, growth, and happiness in mind, and I can’t wait to welcome our families to a fresh, inspiring environment where children can thrive together.
