About Goodstart Reservoir
Goodstart Early Learning Centre Reservoir is located in a residential area close to shops, schools and transport.
Our Centre caters to children aged six weeks to five years. All rooms – from Nursery to Kindergarten / Preschool - provide a comprehensive program based on the Early Years’ Learning Framework - where all children's developmental needs are observed, planned for and evaluated.
We also develop colorful, engaging programs focusing on each child’s individual interests, needs and strengths, with each step ensuring the children are ready to take the next big step and transition to school with confidence.
This is supported through our Storypark platform, which enables us to maintain consistent and clear communications with families. This enable educators to guide and scaffold each child in their learning journey, ensure parents have peace of mind, and time stamp the children’s developments, milestones and achievements.
Outside, our two playground areas are a balance of natural and manmade elements and play surfaces – with sandpits, a bike track, garden beds, mud kitchens a water tank, climbing structures, a vegetable garden and lots of shade. We have carefully designed and planned spaces to encourage a stronger understanding of the environment and sustainability, while giving children the scope to explore, play and let their imaginations roam.
Our early learning Centre provides all nappies and meals. The meals are run on a four-week rotating roster, they are nutritionally balanced and child friendly. We also cater to all dietary needs and specifications.
We have qualified, highly experienced and friendly teachers and educators, some who have been with the Centre and Goodstart for many years. They are dedicated to providing a professional, personal and high-quality care to the children and their families in a warm and nurturing atmosphere. All educators are trained in first aid and anaphylaxis management.
Through incursions and excursions, extracurricular dance, sport and music activities and participation in community events we are able to deepen the relationship between the Centre and the community, while teaching the children about contributing to and becoming an active member of society.
We welcome the opportunity to meet with you and your family and learn a little about how we can best support you on the journey of lifelong learning.
