We're your local early learning and long day care centre. We have four separate, spacious age-based learning spaces with outdoor yards.
Discover our serene nursery for babies, the toddler room for our adventurous explorers aged 2-3, and two kindergarten classrooms where we deliver our teacher-led three and four-year-old kinder programs.

During your tour, you’ll see our renovated indoor and outdoor play spaces, equipped to accommodate each child’s strengths, interests and stages of development. Our rooms enhance children’s experience through play-based learning.
Ours is a safe, peaceful, and natural environment. We engage children’s five senses, provoking wonder, curiosity, and intellectual engagement as they learn skills for school and life.
We welcome enriching community incursions, such as weekly music lessons, reptiles, and Road Safety, and we run ‘Bush Kinder’ excursions, where children learn about caring for Country.
Two teachers with bachelor’s degrees lead programming in our three- and four-year-old kindergarten rooms. Our play-based curriculum is in line with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, National Quality Standards, and state government ‘Kinder Tick’.
Our team is passionate, caring, and highly qualified. We believe in open communication and forming strong bonds with families.
Many longstanding educators have been with us for over a decade and come from various multicultural backgrounds. Our bilingual staff, who speak languages including Mandarin, foster a sense of belonging for families.

We cannot recommend the team at Goodstart Rowville Liberty Ave enough. Everyone from Angela in administration, to the manager Qing, to each and every educator are incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive. Our daughter started childcare as a 2.5 year old and so was reluctant at first but now she gets so excited to go to daycare - in fact we think sometimes she prefers spending her days with Tas and Bethany and the team in the toddler room, to being home with us 🤣 The centre is very inclusive in their practices and we love all the ideas, cultures, and music that our daughter is being exposed to. Thank you for helping make childcare such a positive experience and much less stressful than it can be, for our family ❤️
Our son enjoys going to this daycare almost every day! He has made a strong connection with many of the educators and fellow students. Qing always remembers everyone's names and is also very approachable and kind.

Children need to feel safe and supported to learn and grow, so we promote key educator relationships between our educators and children. Your child will have at least one educator (their key educator) who takes them under their wing and really gets to know them.
Our Key Educator relationships help children form secure attachments. Educators work closely with smaller groups and individual children to better understand each child. These relationships lead to improved outcomes for children as we foster more communication between families and educators.
We inform families regularly about their child's progress and welcome family involvement in our centre events and activities.

I have worked in the early childhood education sector for over 12 years.
I have always had a great passion working with children. I believe it is highly rewarding to be part of children's lives during those vital early years - seeing their development and learning firsthand as they grow and flourish, advocating for their rights, supporting families, and making a real difference in children's lives.
I hold a Master of Teaching in Early Childhood Education, and am grateful for the first five years of my career, where I spent my time working in rooms with children of different age groups. It has allowed me to gain knowledge and experience of how children learn and develop. I am also grateful for the past few years where I stepped up to the leadership roles which has given me greater insight into operations, management, challenges, and opportunities.
